The company principle is Andre van Heerden who helps companies at Executive level with restructuring and establishing new income streams and divisions to help with growth and profitability.

Andre has delivered projects in Romania, Bahrain, South Africa and has developed and patented a revolutionary mechanical dry stacking system for the marine industry.

Development facilitation & funding

Kusasa works with a specialist funding team to help developers, farmers ect secure funding for big developments like Biomass projects, car parks ect.

The service includes the preparation of full development packs which will include :

Project Feasibility

Kusasa will cost any scheme for a client ensuring the client has security over the costs of the project. This means obtaining several prices via negotiation or by tender depending on the stage of the project

This give a client piece of mind that cost will not go up and Kusasa also offer a value engineering service during this period to see if elements of the project could not be improved and costs reduced thus offering a saving to the client.

Design Management

Kusasa has in house ability to do Civil Engineering, Structural engineering and Auto cad which includes planning drawings and Architectural scheme drawings.

On bigger projects Kusasa acts as Design managers for clients which means all drawings is check and more importantly Kusasa is the liaison between client and designers to ensure design programmes are achieved and the client’s scope is met within the budget.

Case Studies

Arora International Hotel, Gatwick
Multi Storey Car Park

We were appointed by the Hotel to solve their parking problem and to create a business
opportunity with long stay parking at the hotel. This will give the Hotel an additional
income stream and enhance the service they can offer to their customers
The project was a Design and Build project which required 150 surface spaces and 3
additional deck levels with each providing over 90 spaces

The project was programmed to be 18 weeks but the client required the project to be
completed 4 weeks earlier and achieved handover of 3 levels 4 weeks early and the last
level was handed over 2 weeks later. This meant the client could receive revenue from
the car parks after only 12 weeks.
This project has now become an iconic site as you enter Gatwick Airport
